Has some experience doing construction, metal work or comparable work with transferable skills

Has proven to be a good worker with good work history and attendance record and can indicate this even if not related to the trade

The necessary physical condition to work at heights in a physically demanding environment for extended periods of time in all weather conditions as safety allows

Drug free and can pass required drug test annually as required of all members
