Applications will be accepted January 29th from 8:30 to 1:00 pm M – F and Saturday February 3rd from 8 -11 am.

Loss of a Brother Ironworker
Betty called today to inform us Ronald “Jack” Clark passed away on Sunday. There are no services set at this time. She said she will most likely have a memorial service when the weather warms up a little. I will keep you all informed.
Jack was a member of the death benefit program.
Christmas Party and Union Meeting

OSF and Blue Cross Blue Shield
Good Morning:
This is to advise that we received the official announcement
from our Provider Networks contracting staff over the weekend that BCBSIL has
reached an agreement with OSF. There will be no disruption in coverage
for your members as a result. The new contract with OSF takes effect on
January 1, 2018.
We apologize for the uncertainty that these negotiations
raised during your open enrollments, but we are pleased that we were able to
negotiate a contract to retain OSF while at the same time broadening our
network coverage in the key markets of Galesburg, Peoria and Rockford.
